Bands from across the country compete for a chance to perform live at the House of Blues Cleveland alongside guest judges. Benefiting University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, supporting families and children fighting for their lives.

Complete the submission form and pay the $75 entry fee. Your band will be reviewed and approved for voting.
Fans verify their email and vote once per day (ET) for their favorite band. Every vote counts toward the Top 5.
Top 5 bands by verified votes perform live. Judges select one winner who performs two well-known songs with guest judges.

Host
Cathy is a seasoned host, interviewer, performer, and musician with a 25-year career spanning film, television, music, and live events. Known for her warm personality, humor, and authentic interviewing style, she has interviewed top names in music, sports, TV, and film at major events including the Super Bowl, Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night, and the Sports Emmy Awards.
A passionate supporter of charity and community causes, Cathy regularly hosts and participates in events focused on mental health, veterans outreach, and animal welfare, including the Metal Hall of Fame Awards alongside Eddie Trunk, Bubba Bash honoring Neil Peart, and RUSHFest Canada.
She is also the frontwoman for the bands Superhero and Daisy Train, performing nationwide at festivals, casinos, and major events including the Vegas Strip and Super Bowl Fan Fest. In 2024, Cathy released her debut single "Now You've Gone" through Deko Entertainment, featuring David Ellefson, Ken Mary, and John Bronson, with her next single, "Angel With a Broken Heart," scheduled for release in 2026.
The Top 5 bands by verified votes will perform live on stage at the legendary House of Blues Cleveland. A panel of guest judges will select one winner. The winning band will then perform two well-known songs alongside the guest judges in an unforgettable finale.
